I had a 9:30 am appointment for a transmission fluid change, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on my Mazda CX-5. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. I waited at the dealership. It took over change, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection on my Mazda CX-5. I was told it would take 2-2.5 hours. I waited at the dealership. It took over 4 hours, and not once did anyone come and give me an update on my vehicle. The visual, walk-around inspection of my vehicle was sent to me at 12:36 pm. 3 hours after my arrival/appointment time, the service tech stated in the video they would be starting my service next. I will not be returning to Clay Cooley Mazda. Horrible experience. More
