He had my car inside and wrote up the order and had me out the door before they even opened. It worked out perfectly, as I had to drive my wife to work and my daughter to school.

Once the new or rebuilt transmission was received by the department, the work progressed nicely and I finally got my car back running nicely. I appreciated receiving a loaner car for 1 weekend.
