It took almost 3 months to get a warranty part replaced and I was never followed up with. I had to call in several times and eventually switched service people. Zero communication and it took them two weeks to only fix one of several complaints about my car. They couldn’t even bother to tell me that they found nothing with the other complaints until the last minute. one of several complaints about my car. To top it all off, they won’t even apologize. I’ve tried contacting the service director and complaining in the reviews— and I get nothing but radio silence. They do NOT care about their customers. They care even LESS about the Zeigler brand name. My advisor, if you can even call him that, was Chuck. With how many negative reviews I've seen of specifically him over multiple websites, it's any wonder why he still has a job. Do yourself a favor and ask for another advisor if you want to risk bringing your vehicle in. More
Made an appointment to fix my air, and Chuck blew me off all day and then said he can’t fix it .
