⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a car from this dealership, and it required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. However, I was promised that the required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. However, I was promised that the repair would be completed today. Today marks the 7th day since I left my vehicle, and I have now been informed that the repair work has not even started. I was already told on the day of delivery that the repair had not yet begun, so it is very disappointing that the vehicle was held for an entire week without any progress. I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to honor commitments is unacceptable. After purchasing a vehicle, I expected much better service and management. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. More

Upon receiving bill there was two additional charges one for perform battery service $54.95 and another for $26.82 pay shop for repair order. Anthony said he would remove from bill but he did not he came back started going through numbers with his calculator. Argued with him long enough. Just don’t go there after purchasing three cars from them I should have known better. Just wanted to use my rewards points up. More
