⭐☆☆☆☆ I purchased a car from this dealership, and it required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. However, I was promised that the required dent repair. I appreciate that the dealership provided a loaner car while the work was being completed. However, I was promised that the repair would be completed today. Today marks the 7th day since I left my vehicle, and I have now been informed that the repair work has not even started. I was already told on the day of delivery that the repair had not yet begun, so it is very disappointing that the vehicle was held for an entire week without any progress. I understand that delays can happen, but a lack of communication and failure to honor commitments is unacceptable. After purchasing a vehicle, I expected much better service and management. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. More
