I wish I could give this dealer and Joe more than 5 stars. I've bought several new cars and have NEVER had an experience this easy. The price I saw online was the price I was given. No tricks, no gimmicks, just great honest people! Once the price was settled and my credit app was approved, I drove 150 miles to pick up. I kept waiting for a catch, but there never was one. Joe was waiting for me at the door and he and Andrew had me in and out of signing within an hour! I am still in awe! These guys are car sales superheroes! I will be back for any new car needs despite them being so far away! Thank you so much Joe and Andrew! You're the absolute BEST!!!

They are typically great at communicating, except for once. However, I left my car there with them overnight and when I got it back all the fuel had been drained from the gas tank. It had over a half-tank when I dropped it off and I literally had to go across the street and fill it up with gas before I could drive home. The service is fine, but the parts are seem VERY pricy.

He followed up with me once I made my decision to purchase, never once dropping the ball. I also purchased some add on accessories that the service dept. needed to order and install. Justen kept me updated on the status of the parts order and the completion of the work. He was very accommodating to my scheduling needs and saw to it that my new vehicle was delivered to my expectation.

I stopped by Rod Baker Ford since it's on the way and wanted to know if they can beat the out the door price I had for the packages I wanted. They did so fairly quickly by removing dealer options I did not want. The entire process went smoothly. I did have to go back because the tie down cleats were missing in my truck, but they got those to me quickly.

We have bought several vehicles, service the vehicles (oil changes and other maintenance services), and also used their body shop (our son was hit from behind), The employees are so kind and welcoming. They are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful! I will continue to go to Court Street Ford for vehicles! They have a salesman named Anthony Boudreau that my husband and I met when buying our first vehicle 20 yrs ago. His kindness and knowledge has kept us buying vehicles at Court Street Ford as well. Anthony has helped us with vehicle purchases and selling of our vehicles. He listens to us and gives suggestions. He also is interested in us as a friend. He has been there when most salespeople would be done talking and onto the next sale. Anthony will not rush you out the door after a sale. He also doesn’t pressure you into buying or selling. He listens and engages into conversations. He has become a friend from the first time we met him.

It was a tedious task for the service department to get the problem resolved. They were able to get it working as new.
