Mrs. Sam Sedik and I was communicating by email in regard to my build. He sent me the order summary, the buyers order and a payment authorization form. After reviewing the forms I noticed major errors on both the order summary as well as the buyers order form. Such as the order summary did not have my name instead xxxxxx. The buyers order was missing my home address, the year, make, model and color of the vehicle, missing dealer installed accessories I requested and missing the sale person name and phone number. When asked to fix the issue I was told thing like “oh that portion doesn’t matter or don’t worried the order summary supersedes the buyers order or we can’t add the security perimeter accessory because I would have to install it myself. The whole process felt rushed and the fair oaks employees was very inexperienced. More
