Abe is a nasty guy. I called to buy a car and have it picked and shipped at my cost. He said "NO! you must come into the dealership" I live 7 hours away and he REFUSED t I called to buy a car and have it picked and shipped at my cost. He is a slimy guy and he will be hearing from Ford Headquarters. After I asked more questions he called me a " xxxxer loser" and hung up. His job will be gone soon. More

The whole process at Huntley Ford was perfect. We brought our vehicle to a different area Ford dealer for a recall notice. That dealer had our truck for 7 days past our set appointment time and We brought our vehicle to a different area Ford dealer for a recall notice. That dealer had our truck for 7 days past our set appointment time and didn't/couldn't get to it. We pulled it out of there and brought it to Huntley. The drop off took a total of 4 minutes, the sharing of phone numbers and names was ideal and part of their regular process. The work was completed within 6 hours and we picked up the vehicle (and also received a cursory service check) that same day. The service area and showroom were immaculate and impressive. No need to ever go back to that other dealership now that we've been to Huntley Ford. Thank you Tommy More
