I need to start by saying that I absolutely dread buying a car. I dread the entire process. My experience with Victory Lane Ford has proven to be the exception. After months of searching, I finally found an Explorer fitting my very specific criteria. However, I live in Connecticut and the car was in Illinois. I sent an inquiry on a whim. Clint Knight replied within minutes, verifying the vehicle was available. I thanked him and said I would reach out after talking with my husband. Here’s the important part: He did not bombard me with messages (as prior salesmen did), but waited until I reached back out a day or two later. He then answered every question thoroughly, and as I was buying from CT, he sent specific videos of the vehicle as extra reassurance. Clint was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. I never expected to buy a car in this manner, but Clint made it the most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had, even arranging the vehicle’s transport to CT. And as of this morning, the most gorgeous Ford Explorer is sitting in my driveway! I highly recommend that Clint Knight be your guide should you be looking to purchase a new car. More
