In the past they dropped my car off the rack and smashed in the door. I had to work to get it fixed and I wasn’t able to choose where I wanted it fixed. Eric Sakumoto was very helpful, polite and patient. I am a senior citizen and very hard of hearing and he was careful to explain and help me understand everything.
