I have been going here for service several years now. The counter people are nice and the work is fine. But this time the service person told me the total, I give them my card and then they added a fee. The counter people are nice and the work is fine. I’m tired of companies that can’t manage their business properly without tacking on a fee and without telling someone. When your prices are at the level that a majority of people need to use a credit card adding a fee is wrong. Hawk dealer group has plenty of money and shouldn’t need to get an extra couple dollars from a paying customer. Do better Hawk! More
