In fairness, the service writer was dealing with my sub-par, 3rd party warranty company. With that said, communication regarding the status of the warranty claim, the quote, and updates on the repair w sub-par, 3rd party warranty company. This was a transmission replacement, and you had my truck for over 6 weeks. I was not stranded as you gave me a loaner. Probably put over 1,000 miles on it just going back and forth to work. Multiple messages left, including one for the service manager, were left unanswered. I understand that you were short staffed due to employees who were sick, but you still need coverage. I gave you 3 stars instead of 2 because I love the location, dealership, and the people...communication is key in this situation and that was a failure. This will not stop me from bringing my truck to Hawk Ford for service or prevent me from considering buying my next For from you. More

Terrible customer service in the service department. Every time I’ve gone to Hawk for my car to be serviced it’s been a terrible experience.
