Online I found the perfect car at MB of Anaheim and dropped them an email late on a Saturday. By Sunday morning I had the appointment time of my choice and met with John Gray. He clearly took the time to memorize every feature in this specific car. Not only was he helpful…but I could not stump him with my many detailed questions. He allowed me to extend the test drive. When I was ready to talk price ….we were done in 10 minutes with a great deal. I have purchased 15 vehicles and can say this purchase was the best experience I have ever had.

No high pressure sales, no unreasonable expectations or demands, the ENTIRE process was positive, respectful, informative, and far more pleasant than expected and over other dealerships. We were shown multiple options and all my concerns were respected and taken into consideration by everyone we interacted with. Not the typical discomfort felt in the car buying experience with generic sales tactics and overwhelming pressure. They allowed us time to look, relook, test drive, re-test drive :) all without feeling like we were inconveniencing anyone. Everything was great....and we left with a new car instead of the plan for a pre-owned. Completely satisfied!!!!

I appreciated the following points at the MB of Calabasas. 1) Knowledge of the sales consultant (Vic) regarding cars in inventory, colors and options and the ability to understand what exactly I was looking for (some sales folks in other dealerships, I visited recently, have no clue about the cars on their own lot and often provided incorrect information). 2) Easy to work with and pleasant staff. 3) They had 3 people in finance, and we did not have to wait too long to sign the paperwork. 4) While waiting to sign, Vic entertained us with peanut butter brittle and energy bars. Very positive experience. Well worth the extra hour we had to drive to get there.

This is the first Mercedes my family has purchased at Fletchers Jones Motorcars of Fremont and was a little worried about the buying process of a new car. I am glad that we got to meet Marvin as our Salesman, as he showed professionalism and patients to all my family’s inquiry and made us feel at ease knowing we are going to choose the correct SUV.
