Suzy was by far the most professional, efficient, and pleasant person we met during the entire process. She handled everything quickly and smoothly, always paying attention to the small details and making sure everything was done the right way. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and even surprised us with a few small gifts, which was a really thoughtful touch and showed how much she truly cares about her customers. This is the best dealership I’ve ever been to. I came here to buy my first car in 2019 and when anyone asks me where they should buy a car, I tell them they must come here. In 2026, I recently went back and was interested in a car and everything from start to finish was perfect. I drove all the way down from Los Angeles to work with them. They are honest, they care about your experience, and they deliver on their promises. I would like to give a special shoutout to Renee who worked with us to get us the right deal on Valentine’s Day. I also want to shout out Scott for helping get this deal across the finish line. Thomas and Jericho were also fantastic in their help and support. I would never consider going to another dealership. Fletcher jones and Renee, Scott, Thomas, and Jericho are the best.

Dealership was excellent with this purchase. I bought a 2002 Porsche Boxster with just over 21k miles from them. Appreciate they put new tires, battery, oil change, etc. to get it ready. Had been watching the price drop too until it finally fit my budget right before I had to leave town for a week. I received a fair price for my trade too. Anyway the Porsche drove great on the test drive and on the 3 hour drive home. I took it for a drive to the Post Office after being out of town for a week whereupon the dreaded check engine light came on. This was after the 5 day return period too. I took it to the local Porsche dealer for a post purchase inspection. They determined it had a misfire in one spark plug so I paid to change all 6 plugs. It appears the previous owners while driving it less than 1000 miles per year deferred the maintenance due. I'll take of it as time allows. I am having a blast using the Boxster S as my daily driver in the meantime.

Russell was an awesome salesman and more than willing to work with us for my 19 year old son to get into the Tacoma he needed for his duty station in Montana. The manager and him worked together to get us where we needed to be and were more than fair. On top of that Abraham, our finance guy at the dealership, worked magic and made for a great conclusion to my son’s first buying experience.
