I especially want to highlight Roberto. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through everything, answered all of my questions with patience, and made me feel completely confident and taken care of. Even though it was my first visit, he made it feel like we had been working together for years. That level of trust and professionalism is rare.
I’ve officially found my home dealership and truly look forward to building a long-term relationship with this team. They are top of the line in every way.

at Rusnak Mercedes . We came as strangers and ended up leaving as friends although we did not purchase the car since it was not accessible for my mot

He did go out of his way and drove the car to our house for her to try it and was extremely cooperative and opened with us and gave us all the options but unfortunately we did not purchase the car yet that did not change his demeanour and he remained extremely professional and friendly, and next time we are in the market for a Mercedes, we will definitely be going to Roberto.
