I had new tires put on and during their inspection on video (which I love) they pointed out a leaking axle. Soon thereafter, they ordered the parts and let me know when to bring my car back in for the r video (which I love) they pointed out a leaking axle. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin regarding the ongoing issues with my van and the level of customer care throughout the process. For nearly two years, I’v Mercedes-Benz of Rocklin regarding the ongoing issues with my van and the level of customer care throughout the process. For nearly two years, I’ve dealt with repeated visits for the same unresolved issue, multiple warranty-related complications, countless missed hours of work, and the burden of driving over an hour each direction to the dealership. What has made this even more frustrating is the feeling that proper diagnosis and communication were consistently lacking. Most recently, I picked up my van and discovered the front Mercedes emblem had been returned broken and damaged. At no point was I informed this happened, nor was the part proactively replaced or discussed with me. It is difficult to believe the damage went unnoticed by staff. Finding it myself after leaving only added to the disappointment and lack of trust in the process. To make matters worse, I was specifically told my paperwork and keys would be ready for Sunday pickup, yet when I arrived, no one could locate them. I stood waiting while 6–7 employees searched throughout the dealership trying to figure out where my vehicle information and keys were. After everything this vehicle has already put me through, this level of disorganization was incredibly frustrating. I understand repairs can be complex, especially with diesel emissions and EGR-related systems, but communication, accountability, and customer care should still remain a priority. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling unheard, inconvenienced, and disappointed in a brand and dealership I expected far more from. More
Wayne in the Rockland is a plus bus 20 out of 10. He has always been very, very helpful and it’s very knowledgeable when it comes to his product. However, Service, I have been promised three return phone calls on three different occasions from Mercedes customer service. I have not received one. Unfortunately, I still suffer and continue to have several issues with my car most of them from day one although they kept my car for four days and appears, most of the issues still exist. And maybe a few new ones have been created. I am very very unhappy with the technology in my car. More
Luis was wonderful as we came on the lot to take a look at the GLE's. As we took one out for a spin, I was sitting in the second row and was so impressed with the comfort, the leg room, the head room, and at the GLE's. He answered questions and we went home discussing the experience. The next day, my husband went back with another list of questions. He was prepared for negotiations, which were handled with staff professionally and fairly. Bottom line: we love our new car! More
