Michael Toledo was our salesman, and we really do love the car so far. The finance manager was great — very clear, transparent, and easy to work with.
However, there were a couple of disappointing parts of the experience. During the test drive, we noticed the gas light was on and mentioned it. Michael told us they would “fill the tank” if we bought the car. But after we signed, the tank was only filled to about a third. Having to immediately spend another $45 to actually fill it ourselves felt misleading.
More concerning was that we had agreed to remove an add-on, yet it somehow ended up back on the paperwork. Instead of fixing it right away, we got excuses about why it couldn’t be removed, and only after pushing back was it finally corrected. It came off as sneaky and left us questioning how straightforward the process really was.
Overall, we’re happy with the car itself, but the buying experience could have been much smoother and more transparent.
