Dishonest sales tactics. They add an expensive package of "accessories" to their cars even the premium ones that already have anti-theft devices. I found a used Toyota Sienna XLE Premium on Carfax that was the maximum price I wanted to spend (besides the cost of tax and license fees). They don't disclose the additional costs for their car accessories until after you test-drive the car. If you buy a car from them, please make sure you read the contract carefully, without anyone in your ear, or any pressure, so you don't miss pertinent information like I did. The vehicle I tried to buy first had a dead battery and then wasn't even driveable off the lot. I ended up canceling my contract with them and will go elsewhere. It was a terrible experience for me and I warn anyone considering this dealer, to proceed with caution. More
Marco listened carefully to what I said I wanted and showed me a vehicle that met my criteria. I then brought up another issue, and he showed me a second vehicle that he thought would address it. I was very pleased with the second choice and ended up purchasing it. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy a vehicle or any of the add-ons: the latter were presented as available options should I choose to accept them. The finance person (cannot remember his name) walked me through all the paperwork so I understood clearly what I was signing. When he discovered a little later that I had written the check for the wrong amount (too much!), he returned the check so I could make the correction. Marco was very patient in showing and explaining to me the vehicle's features, both during the test drive and especially before I drove it home. He told me to call him if in the future there is anything I need or would like some help with. Purchasing this vehicle could not have been easier and I cannot think of any ways in which this positive experience could have been improved. More
