The people at Capistrano Mazda were very friendly and did not use any high pressure tactics. I was able to test drive multiple cars and came back several times. I ordered a vehicle from them and was willing not use any high pressure tactics. I was able to test drive multiple cars and came back several times. I ordered a vehicle from them and was willing to wait for its delivery. Upon stopping in one day just to check on status of the car; I noticed another vehicle and spoke with my sales rep about it and when we looked it up on the website it was not there yet. As we were discussing the model the sales manager walked by to say hi. We started chatting about the vehicle as the porter was taking the car away to the storage lot. Moe the sales manager quickly called the porter and had it brought back. Shannon my sales representative quickly got the car ready and we went for a drive. A few days later I decided on the recently arrived vehicle and not to wait for the ordered car. I did all the negotiating over the phone with Shannon and Moe. When I asked to have the paperwork ready and the car prepared for delivery before arriving at the dealership it was done! Shannon and Moe got everything ready and Shannon even sent me a video of the car sitting out front of the dealership waiting. Paperwork was quick and the Finance manger was professional with zero high pressure tactics. He made some offers on products when I declined that was it. I want to give a very special shout out to Shannon Swenson and Moe Afzal, I will comeback to this dealership again because of their professionalism and friendly nature. More
