Fantastic experience at Mazda Roseville, started off test driving vehicles at the Elk Grove Auto Mall. Come to find out he was no longer there but I was able to track him down at Roseville Mazda. They had the exact vehicle that we were looking for. Garrett was quick to respond to my email and we set a time to meet the very next morning. It was well worth the hour drive to meet up with him, we got a very fair deal that we feel great about. Max in finance made the "paperwork" very easy, explained everything very well and got us out very quickly. Garrett then went over all the tech in the vehicle, made sure our phones were paired and we knew how to use all the wonderful features this vehicle has to offer. After nearly 30 days of frustration trying to make progress elsewhere, I was honestly ready to give up on buying a car altogether.
