Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear that you’re feeling disappointed. Our goal is always to make the process as clear and comfortable as possible. During your visit, we focused on finding an option that would help lower your monthly payment while trading in your 2023 CX-50, and we reviewed the vehicle and its features together before moving forward. Unfortunetly, Mazda is no longer making a 2026 Premium Plus trim level and the next level is the Turbo edition for a greater additional cost. We understand how important certain features can be, and we’re sorry for any frustration this has caused. The options that included those features would have resulted in a higher payment, which we were trying to avoid based on your initial goals. We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us and share your concerns. If there’s anything more we can do to help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
