This Office pulled a fast one on me. I wanted to trade my 2023 Mazda CX50 for a 2026 Mazda CX50 but I wanted all the bells and whistles that my 2023 had. The salesman told me they had on I wanted to trade my 2023 Mazda CX50 for a 2026 Mazda CX50 but I wanted all the bells and whistles that my 2023 had. The salesman told me they had one identical to it with all the bells and whistles, at the same time they lured me into the financing office to sign all of the documents and when they brought the 2026 CX50 to the parking lot, I noticed that it did not have all of the bells and whistles that my 2023 had and I told them I didn’t want it, they told me it was too late, I already signed the contract and the documents had already been sent out to the bank. They would not give me my 2023 Mazda CX50 back to me. I was forced to take the new one. I am very disappointed in them and with the new car. More
