I highly recommend Culver City Mazda, as I had an enormously positive experience. They have a GREAT team. Arlene Quiros seamlessly facilitated my trade-in. Victor's product knowledge of the Mazda CX- enormously positive experience. They have a GREAT team. Arlene Quiros seamlessly facilitated my trade-in. Victor's product knowledge of the Mazda CX-50 was spot on. He not only took me for a test drive and explained the vehicle's features, but he also did a walkaround to show me the nuances and explain in depth how the Mazda CX-50 worked. His product knowledge is excellent. Tony Tehrani was on point in communication and responded to all questions about product availability, price out the door, and concerns in a timely fashion, which informed my final decision. This dealership's customer service is efficient, professional, personable, kind, and courteous. I was in and out in a little more than an hour. I could not have asked for a better car-buying experience! More

Richard really made this experience memorable. I’ve been coming to Culver City Mazda since 2022 and have always had Miguel take care of me, who is also awesome. Both service men always show intere I’ve been coming to Culver City Mazda since 2022 and have always had Miguel take care of me, who is also awesome. Both service men always show interest and concern with anything i bring up to them about my car and always take care of everything for me in a timely manner always looking out for my best interests financially and safely. I really appreciate both Richard and Miguel’s help here and am confident that if i ever get a new service tech, that i will taken care of just as well. More
