Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

What a wonderful experience at Ontario Hyundai! The whole team: Nick, Anthony, Anthony (yes, there are two Anthonys) and Brian gave superb customer service. Nick initially reached out to me when I called about their Costco program and provided honest quotes. Anthony was enthusiastic and quite knowledgeable when it came to the Ioniq. Brian, the financial guy, was quite helpful, taking the time to explain all our coverage options and leasing vs purchasing information. I did not feel like I was being rushed throughout the whole negotiating process. Despite the heavy rain, they were patient with closing the deal. I came away with the perfect Valentine’s Day gift for my wife: a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SEL AWD in white. Thank you, Ontario Hyundai!
