Great experience! We were greeted by Eli, who smiled and waved as we pulled into the dealership parking lot. I had already done some research online and had a 2023 Santa Fe in mind to look at. Eli took us on a test drive in that vehicle and gave us a brief overview of it. Afterwards, we headed inside to take a look at numbers for a trade-in. James Highsmith took over from there and gathered all of our information so he could give us some options. After negotiating for a while, we were pleasantly surprised with the final offer that we accepted. We met with Susan Hicks in finance who was wonderful and made the signing process quick, easy and fun. The whole process from start to finish was handled professionally. I highly recommend a visit!

I had an excellent buying experience buying experience from start to finish. The General Manager (Jose) and Rodel immediately greeted me as I walked in and started browsing. Jose was very effective in getting the deal done and I did not feel pressured. He actually went out of his way to get the exact vehicle I wanted from a sister store. The financing process went very smoothly and I was able to stay within my budget. The vehicle (2025 Hyundai Santa Fe Calligraphy) is amazing, luxurious and has advanced technological features. I’m more impressed with it all around than I was with my prior vehicle (2021 Land Rover). Lastly, the entire staff was very friendly. From Andy in Finance to Anthony who ensured my car was all setup and prepared for driveoff and that I was familiar with all of the vehicle’s pertinent features. Overall I had an A+ experience at Hyundai Carson and I highly recommend this dealership!

I've had some terrible dealership experiences, so I prefer to use our family mechanic whenever possible. That said, a recall on my daughter's Elantra GT left me no choice but to set up an appointment at our local Hyundai dealer (deep breath). I arrived a half hour before my appointment, got out of my car, and went to the service desk. Much to my surprise, I was greeted by a Hyundai staff member who was well-mannered, respectful, and very kind-hearted. As a matter of fact, all three men I interacted with during my visit were absolute gentlemen. When I returned to pick up my daughter's car, I purchased a rear windshield wiper from the parts department, and AGAIN, I received the same warm, genuinely kind response from the girl who was working the parts desk. The part was paid for and in my hands within five minutes. In my 55 years of driving, I have never had such a positive experience with dealership employees. Kudos to the H & R department for hiring A+ people - the service was fantastic! Jerry L
