Dropped off my car Wednesday April 15th at 17:11 for a diagnosis. Anthony Coulter helped register my car. Received a call from Anthony Thursday April 16th at 15:12 explaining the issues with my vehicle. I diagnosis. Anthony Coulter helped register my car. Received a call from Anthony Thursday April 16th at 15:12 explaining the issues with my vehicle. I requested an itemized list of diagnosis and cost to be sent to by email. Itemized list never received. I called Anthony Friday April 17th at 15:54 and left a message and emailed as well. No response. He failed to communicate that he would not be there over the weekend. Called Anthony today, Saturday April 18th at 08:42 and left a message. Communication between other service consultants and technicians that are not working on your vehicle does not exist. Unacceptable. Spoke with Skyler York and he stated that I was unable to pick up the vehicle since both Anthony and the tech that were working on my car were not there. Why isn't there clear communication between other service consultants and technicians that aren't working on your vehicle? Let's think this through. Vehicles are basically a necessity now. We need them to get to point A to point B. Medications are necessary for those that need them to live. If a pharmacy tech works on a medication for a patient, both the pharmacy tech and pharmacist working on that medication does not have to be there to release the medication. It simply doesn't make sense. Communication between all service consultants and tech for all vehicles regardless if they are working on the vehicle or not, must be reviewed and revised. More
