Service tech Patrick recommended brake fluid flush. Tried to contact Anthony and left a couple of messages. No response. Drove over after waiting almost 2 hours. Car was finished and I never had a chance to authorize the flush if needed. Anthony explained it was at 30k miles since the last flush and so now I have to do it next oil change or if I want to bring it in sooner. Not a proper way to communicate. This is not the first time this has happened. Last oil change Anthony was told by the tech that cabin and air filters were needed to be changed. I never had a chance to authorize as the car was completed before I was even told the filters were old. Not a proper way to communicate. Otherwise, Anthony has been very good at communicating repairs needed in the future. He provides above average service for the most part. More

Paid for tire rotation that was never completed. Service advisor told me my car was ready, I payed for all services to find out after I left that tire rotation was not done. They figured out the problem in a couple of days (because dealership was terribly busy two days before Memorial Day, but he gave me an ETA and it was right on.
