I had an appointment for 8:00 am, arrived at 7:40 am and was the second person at the shop. Immediately I was told that the techs were behind from yesterday’s work and that normal checkout on my new EV at 1 was the second person at the shop. Immediately I was told that the techs were behind from yesterday’s work and that normal checkout on my new EV at 10,000 was going to take 4-6 hours. I then had to book myself a Lyft because I only have one car and needed to return to work. I never want to go back here to have my car serviced here. You don’t even offer complimentary ride home when my inspection was meant to take only half an hour. More
