I took my Ioniq 5 in for a recall update and a cabin air filter change. I was told 5 hours. That was at 740 A.M.. I got a call at 9:18 A.M. saying my vehicle was ready. I was exceptionally pleased. Service department never answers their phone. There was a recall on my car and i also wanted them to check other diagnostics and booked the appointment through my app. When i took my car in they There was a recall on my car and i also wanted them to check other diagnostics and booked the appointment through my app. When i took my car in they told me they weren’t seeing any diagnostic issues. They made an acception but told me it would take 10-15 business days for my car to be available. They then told me it would be $50/day for a loaner vehicle. Luckily i didn’t have to pay anything at the end they said there was no charge, but the lack of communication and anticipation of paying over $1000 for a loaner was very misleading and stressful. More
