I've taken my Ioniq to this dealership for several years and have found all the service staff and other staff I've encountered to be welcoming, very helpful/knowledgeable and friendly. However, the service staff have listened to my concerns and have been diligent, remedying the issue to my great satisfaction. The dealership also provides a comfortable environment to wait during service appointments. More

Friendly and curtious. Did not make me wait for the sales person I had an appointment with as he was busy. For the most part this was fairly straight forward, there was no trade in to slow down the process but still took 3 hours at the dealership to finalize the purchase. Part of that was trying to sell an extended warranty or service package. I realize this part of the job and the probably the same at amny dealerships but how many times do you have to say no. More
