Very DISHONEST company especially dealing with shady sales agents and the manager. I leased an Ioniq 5 from CardinaleWay back in 2023. A couple months before my lease was up, they talked me into trad sales agents and the manager. I leased an Ioniq 5 from CardinaleWay back in 2023. A couple months before my lease was up, they talked me into trading it in for a brand new 2026 model. The selling point? They told me the remaining balance on my old lease would be rolled into the deal and paid off. I took them at their word -- why wouldn't I? It never happened. After buying the new car, Hyundai Finance kept auto-charging my account for a couple months. I called them directly and they basically said "talk to the dealer." So I did. The manager, Andrew, was all over it at first -- told me he'd handle it with Hyundai Finance himself. I even emailed him bank statements showing the charges as proof. Then the radio silence started. Every text after that got the same brush-off: "I'll follow up in the morning." Morning came and went. Again and again. This started May 29th. It's mid-June now. Nothing. No resolution, no real answer. At this point I've just written it off because I'm done wasting time on a company that doesn't care passionately about its customers. But if you're thinking about buying or leasing from CardinaleWay Hyundai -- DON'T!!! Take your money somewhere that actually keeps their word. More

I sent an email to get information on the Ioniq 6 and Oscar reached out and provided the answers to my questions. I was so impressed on how quickly he and his manager Curtis responded to all of my questions that I made an appointment the same day. I arrived early and Oscar was with another customer. He apologized but I understood and waited while he finished up with his customer. Once he was done he gave me the keys and let me and my wife do our thing and wasn't pushy to get a sale. He and Curtis offered us water and even got my wife a Starbucks but never pressured us to decide. Once we got inside to negotiate Curtis gave us the up front pricing. I managed to have him remove the LoJack and he didn't question it. After that I told him my price and my down payment and we ended up $20 different but since he didn't try to force the LoJack I gave in. 15 minutes later we're in the finance office with Jason and it was a blast talking with him while signing the paperwork. After I spent time with Oscar while he showed me how to charge the car and set up the phone in the car. Couldn't have asked for better service. More
