With an 8:15 appointment with a warranty repair issue, it was 11:20 before anyone updated me. Even then they admitted to forgetting about me. Parts not in stock and left to come back the next day. Asked for an update before noon so I could arrange a ride. Again forgotten about so I had to call, first call was lost and the second call a message was taken. At car pick up I was walked to the lot where my car was parked and the guy just pointed to it and said it’s over there. No work review, nothing. Either this place is too busy or short on staff. My compliments to the shuttle driver that brought me home the first day, very friendly and professional driver! More

I had a small technical issue I’m experiencing with my vehicle purchased from this dealership. I reported an issue to the person whom I scheduled the service with. And I reported it to the service advisor vehicle purchased from this dealership. I reported an issue to the person whom I scheduled the service with. And I reported it to the service advisor who was rude and impatient with me from the start of our interaction. The technical issue is regarding service bulletin T-SB-0112-20. I can get into more details if someone contacts me. The service advisor seemed annoyed that I was even asking about this issue. I’m unaware where else this issue could be fixed if not at the service department of the dealership. He said I should “talk to my salesman”. I bought the car over 5 years ago. I don’t even think my salesman still works there, and in addition what would a salesman know of a technical issue with a DCM? I got my planned wheel rotation and left after that. In summary I had a poor service advisor who was very impatient and rude. He was not willing to hear any information on my issue even though I had that information(such as what I suspect the issue is and the service bulletin regarding it). He was dismissive of my issue.
