I want to be clear: my service advisor was professional and courteous, and I don’t place any blame on him. However, I wasn’t given a quote before the work began, and that’s a problem. The task took about 15 minutes, and yet I was charged $100 in labor. I had to negotiate to get the price reduced, but even then, I felt this service should have either been free or at least reasonably priced. Especially frustrating is that a customer service representative previously told me it would be free. As someone who comes in frequently for service, this experience was disappointing. Toyota, you really need to reevaluate your pricing structure for minor tasks like this. More
Our salesman Jeff Kazee was an absolute gem. He was the only one to approach us in the pouring rain, showed us multiple vehicles and showed us the differences. I did feel a little rushed and pressure from the sales manager when he tried to say that someone was interested in the car I bought….. 30 minutes before closing. lol yeah okay buddy. He did come check in with us multiple times and negotiated closer to what I was asking. I should’ve asked for added accessories. Regardless, super polite and clean facility and would recommend my boy Jeff and Dee everyday of the week. Thomas was absolutely joy to work with! More
