If I could give it negatives stars, I would 1,000% Customer service was absolutely terrible. My my car was in worst of a condition than it was when I left. My problem was not fixed, but I was told it was. There is a noise from something loose at the back of my car. It has been there since we got it last December. I've had it in twice for that, and have been told it was from the bar holding the cover over the back/trunk vibrating. They said when they took it for a drive with and without that cover, that the sound disappeared. So that was my problem. It was NOT! I brought my car home and took the bar and everything out of my car and took it for a drive. The noise is STILL there. I worry about the safety of my vehicle!! I would like for a mechanic to ride with ME while I drive and they sit in the back to listen and hear what I hear! More

Every time I come here they offer me something I don't need. I go strictly by Toyotas manual and what they recommend. I ask the person if this is a toyota recommended service they said yes Toyota did not need. I go strictly by Toyotas manual and what they recommend.
