The guys and gals here are certainly on drugs or drinking or failed to graduate from high school because Alyssa, Naan (spelling may be incorrect) and the used car manager just tried to get me to agree to giv or failed to graduate from high school because Alyssa, Naan (spelling may be incorrect) and the used car manager just tried to get me to agree to give up 9k+ of my paid off trade in's value (black 2021 Hyundai Ioniq PHEV is valued at 19k+ on KBB, never been in an accident and always maintained IAW manufacturer schedule.) and accept only 10k towards the value of an '06 F-150 priced at $11,995 before taxes/fees. (I only am considering trading down bc I need more legroom and I don't like all the useless features on new cars tbh.) They also wanted to deduct $600 of my equity for a safety/service inspection and detail. (This makes me question if these guys are even solvent. Why would you push the cost of business onto customers?) Ladies and gents; if you don't want to deal with someone who doesn't want to finance, you should've told me that as soon as I indicated I wanted to trade in straight across and keep as much equity as I can which was in the first 5 minutes of me pulling into the lot and charging my vehicle. What was amusing to me as well was how slick Alyssa thought she was when she said "we're not gonna run your credit" and then asked me a whole lot of credit app questions and when she answered in the affirmative when I asked if she needed a signature, I said I wouldn't be signing anything, she got up and left in a huff and came back with Naan closer to 30 mins later with the bad news. After saying that the used car manager was an idiot and I asked to make that make sense, they replied with some jib about their Carfax appraisal. (My Carfax, Edmunds and KBB appraisals indicate the value of my car at trade in far higher than theirs.) When I asked why they thought that I would be agreeable to those terms, I did not receive an intelligible response, but their downcast eyes indicated that they knew their treatment of me was unscrupulous. As I wrote earlier, they have to be on drugs, drinking or lacking a basic education to think anyone in my position would take that deal. I took off shortly after that, never to return. Sweet '06 F-150 and comfy chairs, though. Free Level 2 charging was nice. TL; DR- Don't expect a good, much less a fair deal here. They tried to extremely low ball my trade-in and run my credit w/o express permission. More

After I negotiated a better price, she removed another Ford charger incentive (1k) without telling me. She called me the day after the purchase to ask how the car was. I said it was great, but I had realized they had removed the 1k incentive, and why did that do that without letting me know? She said "actually, I'm with a client, I'll call you back" and then never called back. When I called the next day, she hung up on me. Go here if you want, but consider yourself warned. More
Service entrance is not always manned and or vehicles left unattended however this service went well even though they do not have a courtesy shuttle. Horrible quality of service. Had major work done several times. Always a problem every time. Each time they apparently found something loose from the repair work, but nothing fixed the rattling problem while accelerating. Decided to take it to my local mechanic, and immediately he found that the carrier bearing on the drive shaft was never tightened back up after the repair work was done. The whole service department are a bunch of clowns in my opinion. I will never go there for any sales, service, or repair. DCH Ford in Thousand Oaks will be doing all of my dealer required service and repairs. More

But, since I purchased the vehicle in Thousand Oak which included oils service package for life, it did not show up at Envision. Called Thousand Oaks and was told I had to bring it to them in order for the service to be performed at no cost. Anyway, I paid for the service at Envision and will deal with Thousand Oaks at a later date. More
Don’t WASTE your time. Scheduled an appointment for regular planned service. Was contacted by the service desk requesting to come in 2 hours early to work on my vehicle. Took off work early to come into the dealership and waited 2.5 hours before my vehicle was even pulled into the service bay. Total time waiting until I received my vehicle: 3 hours and 40 minutes!! This is completely UNSAT and I will not return for future service requirements. More
