Oh, they even bought my old truck off me too for a good price. My truck was broke and after sinking about $8k in it I had the same problem. I decided to get a new truck and was handed off to JT. We test drove a F150 and went to a seat to talk about it. I was wanting to get a truck $3k under MSRP. He told me they were up grading the one I drove and that they were selling the F150s for $5k over MSRP. I told him not to me they wouldn't. I never was introduced to the manager to haggle or did I get a phone call. The next day I went to Perry Ford and test drove almost the same truck and then told them what I wanted to pay and 10 minutes later, yes ten mins to do all the paperwork and I was in a new truck with a full tank of gas heading back to Ventura. So keep your trucks on the lot and upgrade them all you want. I was willing to go all the way to Vegas if I had to so I could get a fair shake. Lucky for me I got one right up the road. More
Took a week to tell me nothing was wrong with the car and did nothing to it. Friendly staff. Called twice a day to get an update but couldn’t get through. They said they call back but didn’t. I brought my truck in under Gold Certified warranty for a recall and a car play issue.I was quoted $1500 for the CarPlay software repair saying that they had to reset all the modules taking 7 hours. Upon ar recall and a car play issue.I was quoted $1500 for the CarPlay software repair saying that they had to reset all the modules taking 7 hours. Upon arriving home, I reset the system to factory settings and fixed it within minutes. They not only didn’t try the minimum to fix it, they tried stealing from a first time customer and left me without a vehicle For 2 days before telling me. Literally the reason people don’t trust dealership mechanics. More
