I purchased a Ford Bronco in Fort Worth Texas. A decal on the vehicle was damaged at the time of purchase and I was told I could take it into any Ford dealer and it would get fixed. When I got back to California I contacted DCH Ford of Thousand Oaks and David Pat gave me the run around and did the same thing to McDavid Ford in Fort Worth. David Pat had excuses why he could not fix it under warranty. After multiple discussion I basicly gave up on David Pat. I called Envision Ford in Oxnard - they had me stop by - took pictures - sent info into Ford - and within 24hours contacted me stating that Ford said is was fully covered. My new Bronco is being taken care of but not to the lack of professionalism of David Pat.

In Octor My F-150 was brought in for the VCT, it took them a week, when I picked up truck i start driving and all the lights and check engine lights went out. Turned out there was now an issue with the BCM. They replaced it but the one they put in was not good, they said they needed ot order a new one. I was told it was covered under warranty but would take a little while to get part due to shortage. Its been over 5 months I get the run around from the service department who is now saying its not covered under warranty. No communication, David from service says he will call but never does.
