The 3 people who worked at the service desk were horrible and unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced. I complained that I made a reservation for 8:30am and my car had still not been seen by 9:15. When and unprofessional and seemed very inexperienced. When I went to the service desk the two other employees in the background laughed at me like it was a joke when I complained. The young woman who I was talking to was very unprofessional and had a bad attitude and went and got Zac who was the service manager. Zac and Jeff were incredibly professional and rushed my car through service. I have no complaints with them. In fact they were both wonderful to deal with. This is not a complaint about them. I have leased two Tacomas at your dealership and have brought my truck there for all its service needs. Not only was this situation incredibly horrible, but I question coming back. Being laughed at in front of other customers was embarrassing and demeaning. I have never requested this before, but I hope you fire them all. -Chris Amaral More

Disappointed. We have been a customer of Cobb County Toyota since 4/11/2009, Customer number 93745, invoice TOCS597678. Nearly 26 years of loyalty to one Toyota Se We have been a customer of Cobb County Toyota since 4/11/2009, Customer number 93745, invoice TOCS597678. Nearly 26 years of loyalty to one Toyota Service Department. But yesterday, 2/20/26 we had an oil change done on our 2002 Toyota 4Runner, invoice TOCS636757. When we received the 4Runner back from the oil change, the Trac Off, VSC Trac and the ABS lights were on. We never left the parking lot because this has happened before. A cable came unplugged when the vehicle was lifted, or something else but the Service person would take the vehicle back and fix the issue without mentioning charging us for the issue since it was obviously not in that condition when it was given to them to do the oil change. So we went back directly to the Service Manager, Zach Claybrooks and he said that we would be charged for a Diagnostic Test or we could "take" the vehicle. We let him know that this had happened before but, Zach said bluntly that we would pay for the Diagnostic. He never said that if it was due to something that they had done it would be no charge. Even though he looked and admitted that in our history of 75 oil changes, he did see some notes from 2024 but he never waivered from the fact that we would pay for the Diagnostic. I called and left a message with the receptionist to ask the General Manager, Joel Treiger to call me but I have yet to hear from him. Everybody has a bad day, and I totally understand that. I am human and I have those days too in my job as a customer service representative for an international company. So, this bad day can be remedied just like my bad days. It starts with an apology and a commitment to re-establish the service that made us a loyal customer of Cobb County Toyota for nearly 26 years. More
