Nice service representative, I was getting an oil change the first 1000 miles, I saw a YouTube video that is what they in Japan. I thought I would need to pay he found a coupon but then said I have 2 fr the first 1000 miles, I saw a YouTube video that is what they in Japan. Also I must say in Japan they do 5k oil changes not 10k I recommend Cobb County Toyota recomends the original oil change frequency standard. 10k oil changes is documented horrible for the longevity of engines. Also transmission fluid should be changed every 30k. On my 2015 Corolla CCT service told me in 2017 my fluid never needed changed and service could not figure out a price. I called mariette Toyota they $500. The Toy Shop in north Marietta did it for $130. And said ever 30K is the recommended frequency. Why they told me it never needed changed is very off. More

Feels like a poorly run assembly line when it comes to service. When you call into the dealership for service, you get transferred to an outside answering service that can’t get in touch with anyone physi service. I had the blessed opportunity to work with a great team here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gent here at Cobb County Toyota. My dream team consisted of Dana (Sales Specialist), Bernard (Finance Manager) and Rob (Sales Manager). Each of these gentlemen were patient and attentive while guiding me through the process of buying my dream car. My previous car buying experiences have solely been at CarMax, and while those experiences were not bad, my experience here at Cobb Country Toyota was much more personable and inviting. They didn’t make me feel pressured to make a purchase, they actually cared enough to listen to what I wanted, gave me the space to work through any reservations I might have had, and went above and beyond with helping me find something within the budget that I had worked out in my brain. Even now after the purchase has been finalized, they have still checked in to see how all was going. The Cobb County Toyota team made this feel more like a familial experience as opposed to a pressured/rushed transaction, and I couldn’t be more grateful. While I hope to not have to buy another car for at least another 10 years from now lol, when that time comes, I’ll surely be checking Cobb County Toyotas inventory first!
