The Service has really gone downhill at this dealership. I have just over 25k miles on my car and they provided the paper work that I needed new tires and brakes! They had my brakes marked in the red and my I have just over 25k miles on my car and they provided the paper work that I needed new tires and brakes! They had my brakes marked in the red and my tires in the yellow. I questioned it and advised that this is not possible. They took my car back around and came back with all greens! Now you tell me how that is good service! I feel that women customers are taken advantage of thinking we are idiots and we will just go with what we are told! I also kept telling them that the seal around my windshield kept popping out! This was on every 5k miles I brought it in, and they would tell me it was fixed and all they were doing was pushing it back in, and as soon as I would get home it would pop back out! I had enough of this and after alot of back and forth and having to prove I had mentioned it on all my service visits, Simon got it covered under warranty but I should not have to go through all that when I had a new car and mentioned it every time I brought it in and also had the extended warranty. I have another friend that took her car there recently and had the same experience, being told something was wrong with the car and that was not the case! I will say I have bought many cars there (under my maiden name) and I can tell you I will never buy another car here nor will my friend I mentioned above who has also bought multiple cars there. This is all due to your service department! It is a shame that you are so close and that I may now have to go elsewhere because I don't trust what I'm being told. I hope you look into this because if something isn't done about your service team you will end up losing even more business! More

Simon was great. He was professional and kind during the intake for my 2021 RAV4. I needed it my vehicle updated and he was very helpful in getting what needed to be done. Taken care of. He was honest with a reasonable wait time with the offer of using the courtesy shuttle service to take me to local areas while I waited for my vehicle to have the service completed. I will definitely be using Simon in the future for services that need a service member attention. Cobb County Toyota is my choice for any services needed for my Toyota RAV4. More
