The right side of the service entrance,the males tend to be too pushy with the only exception of the Anthony Sullivan and the female in the stand. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a dealership. My service advisor, David Cobb, was rude, dismissive, and appeared angry throughout the interaction. While I was waiting, I I’ve had at a dealership. My service advisor, David Cobb, was rude, dismissive, and appeared angry throughout the interaction. While I was waiting, I watched him ignore several customers, choosing to focus on other tasks instead of simply acknowledging people who were standing at his desk. This was not my first negative experience with him, but it will be my last. When I went to pay, I noticed the total was incorrect because I was charged for a tire rotation. I explained that I had purchased my tires from this dealership, so the rotation should have been covered. Instead of checking the paperwork, David immediately raised his voice and said the additional charge was for the tire rotation. When I pointed out that my tire purchase was clearly documented on the service order, he became even more agitated, saying, “I didn’t write the order”. I asked to speak with a manager. David responded by slamming my keys onto another advisor’s desk, saying, “Zach will help you,” and storming away. Unfortunately, the interaction with Zach was just as disappointing. Rather than acknowledging how I had been treated or assuring me the situation would be addressed, he simply suggested that I use a different service advisor in the future. There was no apology, no attempt to investigate what had happened, and no concern shown for the customer experience. I told Zach that, going forward, I would likely use one of the two Toyota dealerships that are actually closer to my home. I had continued coming here because I appreciated the work cubicles while waiting for service. He ignored the comment, processed my payment, and simply said, “Your truck is somewhere over there.” To make matters worse, David later came back into the service area and continued glaring at me in an intimidating manner. Another concern is that no one mentioned my brake pads needed replacement. I had to point it out myself after reviewing the inspection report. Zach’s only response was, “Oh.” Professionalism, communication, and customer service were all lacking during this visit. I will be filing complaints with both the dealership’s General Manager and Toyota corporate. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service department. More

I had an appointment today at 3:00 for service on my car. Arrived today at 2:45 after taking time off from work to be informed by “Tony” that they could not work on my car today. Tried to speak to the manager regarding this situation and was basically called a liar stating he would have to review the call center audio recordings. I was told that maybe they could look at it but they close in 3 hours. Meanwhile all the technicians are standing around. Very rude and a waste of my time. Will not bring my car back there. More

Service advisor was poor when dealing with me. Did not want to discuss my issue. Was not able to replicate my issue so issue was finished in his eyes. Now I need to go to a different dealer since they seemed to not to listen or value my opinion. No if it happens again bring it back or anything. While I was not charged for the service, my time was wasted even though I felt like he treated me like I was wasting his time. More
