I bought my car from CCT and have had no one else perform service on my 2019 Highlander. I have had good experiences with all of the technicians but the prices seem out of control. Good work done on my car, but appointment time means nothing. I took my car in on a Monday and left the car there with an appointment time for 8:30 - 10:30 the following morning. The next day when it wa nothing. I took my car in on a Monday and left the car there with an appointment time for 8:30 - 10:30 the following morning. The next day when it was 11:00, 30 minutes after my appointment time, I called to see what was happening with my car. I was informed my car hadn’t even been looked at yet. I asked to speak with the person assigned to my car and was told he was in a meeting. I requested they have him call me after the meeting was over. Another hour passed and still no call. I called at noon and was told the person had gone to lunch. The service manager told me at that time the car still hadn’t been taken back, but said he would take it back. Fast forward another hour and a half and I got a text message from the person saying they were looking at it. Honestly, after that text message I don’t remember if we spoke again or texted ( it’s been over a month ) so I want to be fair about it. I was told the car would be ready in about an hour and my son dropped me off to get the car. I was not surprised to get a cool reception, but the car was ready and the work was good. I will definitely use your services again, but was very disappointed with the customer service. I waited a little while to write this review because I didn’t want my initial frustration to taint my review. More
