My service manager I would rate a five, but the dealership I would rate a 0. The reason is I had a check engine light go on, which auto zone ran it for free, but by the time I got to the dealer the dealership I would rate a 0. My service manager told me they would have to charge me 98.00 to run it again. Every auto parts store runs these for free. This is nothing but a pure ripoff.
