JC understood and handled my car’s requirements with great expertise. He told me a time estimate of when my car was to be ready and that estimate turned out to be exactly on the mark. Where else can you get friendly and efficient service for reasonable rates? I had a 20,000 mile service with oil change and tire rotation and thorough multi-system inspection in less than an hour for $85! Th reasonable rates? I came in for an oil change and was told it would be an hour ro an hour and a half maximum. The phone number they had on file was not the one I wanted to be called on, so I said so and the service tech sai hour ro an hour and a half maximum. The phone number they had on file was not the one I wanted to be called on, so I said so and the service tech said to write the number on my paperwork and they would call me on that number. I ended up waiting for 2 and a half hours. I went to the cashier to get a status update and they told me to talk to my service tech. He was not there, so I went back to the cashier for help and they told me to go back our and find any tech who could help. I found a tech, who started to help, but abruptly stopped helping me to assist someone else. As I stood there waiting, he finally came back to me. He then found my paper work and my vehicle had been finished for more than an hour and a half, but no one called me on the number I asked. This was incredibly inconvenient and I'm upset about it. More

JC and Service are great. Extremely angry with Toyota and their warranty.. Wayer pump goes out at 49,000 mi and warranty says 50,000mi BUT it is for 5 years and mine was 6 yea Extremely angry with Toyota and their warranty..
