I came in to get a sensor issue addressed. Brendan was helping me annd was great to work with. Shortly after I arrived, a second technician came up to me saying three of my tires needed to be Brendan was helping me annd was great to work with. Shortly after I arrived, a second technician came up to me saying three of my tires needed to be replaced. He gave me a price and told me in no uncertain terms that this was the cheapest price anywhere and that I should get them replaced immediately. I politely declined and while I was waiting on the sensor to get fixed, found the same tire right down the street at Discount Tire for $100 less per tire. I feel like every time I come to Cobb County Toyota I am being sold something I didn’t ask for. Also, nothing was said about how the tires were worn out after less than 28,000 miles. If these tires are not good quality then why are you trying to sell me three more of them? I will continue to use Cobb County Toyota for regular oil changes but anything else I need to have done to the car I will always shop around because I cannot trust the recommendations I receive. More

I love my Toyota dealer. They have all of my car info in their computer and know exactly what I need. They are polite and efficient. This week when I had my car serviced, a t They have all of my car info in their computer and know exactly what I need. They are polite and efficient. This week when I had my car serviced, a torrential rain popped up. Yikes. But they brought the cars into the covered area so we did not have to go out into the downpour. Many thanks. More

I would highly recommend Cobb County Toyota. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I went in for a service appointment and I was in an out before I could finish my coffee. The experience was great, except they sprayed heavily scented foam into my A/C ducts when they changed the cabin air filter. It made my eyes burn and gave me a headache on a very hot Georgia afternoon. This is the 2nd time this has happened. They were nice enough to give me a new cabin air filter because the one they installed wreaked of the perfume. I had to run the heat on full blast for 30 minutes to get the nasty perfume smell out of my vents. It's fresh as a daisy now. Brent was awesome, and made notes on my account to keep it from happening again. More

Went in for an oil change. They turned on ALL the driver assist features. Now I'm a hazard in stop and go traffic. It keeps slamming on the brakes.
