Claude Henry was great, but we got 'hosed' on our trade-in based on a CarFax that inferred the repair work by Cobb County Collision when my wife was rear-ended killed the resale value of the car. We were coached to set-up Toyota on-line accounts without being told there was a monthly fee after the "free trial period". I've cancelled that. So, buying a new Toyota at Cobb County is like shopping at Walmart: you pay retail, and there are no deals to be had. And, even the Costco buyers program wasn't all that more attractive to buying local based on customer loyalty. But, then again, that may now be overrated as we begin to feel the "sting" of the Walmart Pricing Myth. Buying a new car is an awful and costly experience: period. It doesn't matter who you buy from, you always take it up the tailpipe. Hopefully, our new 2026 Camry will be a good car that doesn't get hit by too many idiots like our 2017 Camry that should have given us $13.5k to $15K in trade-in value vs. $11.5K for a well maintained car with under 60k miles where the repairs by Cobb County Collision were impeccable and undetectable. CarFax is a scam. More

This was my 5th car to buy from this dealership and this was the worst experience I've had with a car salesman. Very disrespectful. He clearly stated that the business did not care about me as a consumer. T was the worst experience I've had with a car salesman. Very disrespectful.
