Have been a customer of this location since 2016. I’m on my second Kia car from this dealership, took it in for a regular oil change. Had them do a diagnostics everything came back clear that was Dec I’m on my second Kia car from this dealership, took it in for a regular oil change. Had them do a diagnostics everything came back clear that was December 9 by the second week in February my engine was blown with no oil in it. They will take no accountability and now I’m out of car as a single mother. More

The people are nice and good, but what actually qualifies as a tire rotation? Do you actually take the tires off and rotate to next wheel? Or do you just spin the tire? Good afternoon, the dealership's work was perfect, but I no longer want Kia cars. I'm disappointed; they did nothing for me when my car was stolen. Tony has been the best service provider that I have worked with at Kia. However, don’t bring your car in to get serviced if you have aftermarket rims because they’re not trained properly on to handle a worked with at Kia. However, don’t bring your car in to get serviced if you have aftermarket rims because they’re not trained properly on to handle a simple tire rotation/balance. Mark Foster was rude and basically threw his hands up giving up on me for a simple matter. Making me feel like it’s my problem that I bought rims from another supplier. I’ve stayed up to date on all of my routine maintenance so how is this just NOW an issue and not before? I bought the car in 2023. Super disappointed and upset that I spent that much money on routine maintenance and my car came back in worse condition than when I brought it in. Not to mention it was during the holidays so I didn’t have time to get back there to get it fixed. Here I am almost a month later and still having the same issue because the service team doesn’t know how to put back on hub rings! Save yourself the trouble and go to a dealer who cares about their clients. More
