I was not told that the windshield had been replaced. I bought the low-mileage car 12/31/25. Already, pieces of the molding behind the rear-view and along the driver's window are coming loose. I took it to another Kia dealer who confirmed it was damaged when the windshield was replaced. Nowhere did I see that I was purchasing the car "as is". They should have fixed this. Estimated over 400$ to repair. The windshield isn't a Kia part, and I'm wondering what I'll do if it leaks? NOT SO NICE KIA for a car over 45,000!!!. Also, I wanted them to add a trailer hitch at the time of purchase. They quoted 1800$. I had the work done at another dealer for $1248. More

On Wednesday 12/3/25, I went to Greenway Kia West to look at three different car models. When I arrived I was greeted by Simo and then later by Tony. Both were very pleasant and when I advised them I was gat at three different car models. When I arrived I was greeted by Simo and then later by Tony. Both were very pleasant and when I advised them I was gathering information to replace my totals 2021 Honda CRV with a Kia SUV they both showed me the different models and styles. I politely said I was not going to drive off that day with a new car and that I don’t like pushy salesmen. Both of them honored my wishes and were respectful. The next morning I texted Tony and asked him to crunch numbers to get me the 2026 Kia Sportage Hybrid EX package for my price range. Tony replied back and said consider it done and made it happen within $20 of the LX trim model. I returned Thursday afternoon and drove off in my new car. I returned Saturday morning with a cashiers check from my bank to finalize the sale. I purposely had them replace the dealership label because the car originally was shipped to the Clermont location and I wanted to advertise for Greenway Kia West not Clermont. Both Tony and Simo along with the sales managers and finance team Made it seamless and easy to purchase my new Kia. More
