Steve (sales manager on duty) stood up from his desk, asked me where I needed to be, tweaked some numbers and said "Here you go". Roughly 8 minutes after showing me the first quote. That is how a deal is meant to be done. None of this back and forth crap for hours on end. Listen to the customer on budget and tell them yes or no. Don't screw around. Steve is the man!!! I wouldn't have been bothered if he couldn't meet budget, I was just looking for an answer to my request and he did exactly that and very quickly!! Other dealers take note!! This is how business is meant to be done!! Messing around for hours is why people give dealers a bad name. More
