I wasn't quite ready to make a decision. I came back 2 weeks later, and he was able to get me a better deal that I took. Stephen showed me all the features on the dashboard and even set up the wireless phone use. I'm so happy with my new chili pepper red Kia Soul LX!! Sooo much fun to drive! As always, my husband and I were met at the door each time we came into the dealership. Stephen was expecting us and offered beverage. You moved the coffee machine ,we had hot chocolate. It is now in the customer waiting area, better placement. Stephen was ready with many options of lease or purchase of a new car. Got the process rolling quickly and we went out to test drive the car before our drinks were cold. Stephen asked about our son Alan and and how he was enjoying his new car. The restroom was very clean. My husband and I were pleased we were able to drive off in the new car in a little over 2 hours from arriving. Financing went quickly with Michael Rosado. He introduced himself earlier and answered our questions. He and the manager were able to agree upon financing our downpayment with the credit cards I had so I did not have to go to the bank . I was surprised but pleased to have all the extra paperwork on a thumb drive. Save a tree or two!! More
