This was the worst experience I ever had the lady was really nice at first but couldn't simply return calls than tells me it will be done first thing tomorrow morning and no call or nothing so I went up really nice at first but couldn't simply return calls than tells me it will be done first thing tomorrow morning and no call or nothing so I went up at 3pm to see and got extreme attitude from her telling me no one looked at it yet??? It just needed to be started to see if it cleared again she told me it would be ready first thing in the morning when the technician can in but nothing no call and extreme attitude when Jaclyn told me it would be done first thing if it simply started but instead jump ahead to Monday afternoon and still no call after I called to inquire twice so next I contacted the service manager who was also quite short when he finally talked to me. I was told he would call me back in 10 mins almost two hours later I called back waited 15 mins for him to answer the phone and had to put up with another cold employee who brushed me off??? Service Manager should have some customer service skills but now I know why the rest of the employees have poor attitudes! So 15 mins later Jaclyn called with a terrible attitude that I called the manager because I simply couldn't get a call with a simple update. She said she was going to go personally start my car and if it started I should come pick it up??? Why is this woman mad at me when she told me 3 days earlier it just need to be started by the technician and when I told her that she just got madder??? I work and need my new car which only has 3200 miles that would not go into gear than finally went into drive but there were 3 warning lights on including the service engine light so my question is how can I make a appointment when the car brakes down??? That was what they kept telling me we took you in without a appointment??? Again it broke down! The fact that they just lied about the service performed too is a problem! How when I talked to Jaclyn at 130pm and was told that the technician hadn't did anything since Friday its now Monday and 20 mins later calls me back and said the car is ready??? It was put on the computer test driven and ready for pickup in 20 mins sounds like that was just made up to get me and my car out of the dealership so they didn't have to deal with me??? Now that I believe that is impossible to perform all that in 20mins and now what was really done to my car if anything??? Serious safety issues are my concerns and I contacted some legal representatives to ask about my options. Furthermore when I picked up my automobile all the electronics were reset blank all my radio stations were gone and the time was incorrect which indicates they simply disconnected the battery to reset the codes and didn't actually fix anything??? And what makes things worse is I have purchased several Kias from this dealership but now I will never get anything from your dealership even if they gave me a free car I would politely turn it down and will never purchase another Kia! This will go no where like the complaint I filed with Kia since its been a couple of weeks and I never herd back from anyone just more reasons to never purchase a K8a again. Thank you for not caring or following up with a legitimate complaint about very poor service with serious safety and fraud concerns!! John Krall More
