I came into spitzer kia and luis was a nice man but he ultimately lied to me or he didn't understand what was happening. I traded in a previous lease before it expired and I started a new lease all in on ultimately lied to me or he didn't understand what was happening. I was told that I was actually getting money back from trading in my lease by the finance manager and luis told me going over the miles slightly makes NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL because im trading the car in. I just got a bill for $772 from Kia. I think the finance guy is Anthony. He lied to my face as well. More

Both are very honest salesman, really listening to a car buyers needs and wants, and ensuring that I was satisfied with the vehicle, pricing, and features. Larry took the time to sit with me and go over financing options vs leasing, explaining everything in detail and with both Luis and Larry it felt like a knowledgeable friend rather than a car salesman trying to just make the sale. Spitzer Kia is truly a family dealership, with staff in passing helping keep my three year old happy with snacks, high fives, and coloring pages as needed.
