This is around the 5th vehicle we have bought from Galleria BMW. Sonya West has been on point for each purchase/lease. She knows me better than I know myself when it comes to vehicles. I bought this latest vehicle site unseen trusting her knowledge of my personal preferences and style. She nailed it. Skyscraper grey with Tacora red interior! Elegant with a touch of sass. The entire process was (as always) painless and actually fun. I gave her my budget and was very impressed with the way Sonya and the finance team made the numbers work for me. Ben was excellent. The vehicle we were looking at was enroute from the BMW plant so Ben found a similar model so we could test drive. He told us all about the 2023 X3. We were nervous moving from and X5 down to the X3 but after driving the X3 and taking to Ben we quickly realized the zippy X3 was perfect for our needs. Cody in finance went through all of the details and asked us if we really needed the amount of miles we had selected. I don’t drive very much so we were able to remove unnecessary miles on the lease lowering my payment even more. Because Cody took the time to understand our needs we were able to get a better payment. Excellent customer service. Ryan The BMW Genius was great throughout the entire tech set up process. His product knowledge is outstanding, and he spent a great deal of time with us when we picked up the vehicle to demonstrate all the features to us. He also patiently answered all of our questions. You will not find a better team to for all of your vehicle needs. Sonya, Ryan, Ben, and Cody are the best to deal with. Great team. I won’t ever buy anywhere else. More
