I am very pleased with my purchase! I have been wanting a 4 series for a while now, but I wasn’t a fan of the newer models. Jessica was patient with me in the buying process and at no I have been wanting a 4 series for a while now, but I wasn’t a fan of the newer models. Jessica was patient with me in the buying process and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love. She was able to find an older model that was a 3 series, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. I loved the car anyway, and decided to move forward with it. THEN! Miraculously! An older 4 series arrived! I mentioned it to Jessica and she was on it right away! Macy was also great in the buying process. She was very kind and attentive to anything I needed whenever I arrived to the dealership. She always made me feel comfortable during my visits! Entering the financial stage, I met Ms. Amy. She was very excited to help me, and again I felt no pressure at all! I appreciated her flexibility and excitement for me. As it came time for me to drive away, Lexi did a great job showcasing the many features that came with the car. I really appreciated her attention to detail! The whole car buying experience at Galleria was wonderful from the start of looking at cars to finishing up in the finance office. Lake helped my wife and I find our perfect X5 and was friendly the entire ti from the start of looking at cars to finishing up in the finance office. Lake helped my wife and I find our perfect X5 and was friendly the entire time. Shane, the GSM, came over and spoke to us and was very personable the entire time and actually took time to get to know us and our situation as Lake was working two customers at once. Shane put together a heck of a deal for us to get us into the X5 that we wanted and was very quick about it. After signing the papers, we went into the finance office and Cody took time to make sure we got what we needed and was really nice the entire time also. Just leased a BMW 330i, and the shopping experience was seamless, and all done through the phone and via text.
