Just leased a BMW 330i, and the shopping experience was seamless, and all done through the phone and via text. I am out of state in Louisiana, and it literally took me longer to drive and pick Up my car t seamless, and all done through the phone and via text. We stopped in Galleria BMW on Saturday to look at BMW X3s. We were greeted immediately by our sales rep Caleb who was very personable, polite and knowledgeable about what we were looking for. Caleb was super helpful thru the entire process and extended an invite to meet with him Wednesday to go over everything with the BMW App, car settings etc which we definitely plan to do.
