Just leased a BMW 330i, and the shopping experience was seamless, and all done through the phone and via text. We stopped in Galleria BMW on Saturday to look at BMW X3s. We were greeted immediately by our sales rep Caleb who was very personable, polite and knowledgeable about what we were looking for.
