I am very pleased with my purchase! I have been wanting a 4 series for a while now, but I wasn’t a fan of the newer models. Jessica was patient with me in the buying process and at no I have been wanting a 4 series for a while now, but I wasn’t a fan of the newer models. Jessica was patient with me in the buying process and at no point did I feel pressured to buy anything I didn’t love. She was able to find an older model that was a 3 series, but it wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. I loved the car anyway, and decided to move forward with it. THEN! Miraculously! An older 4 series arrived! I mentioned it to Jessica and she was on it right away! Macy was also great in the buying process. She was very kind and attentive to anything I needed whenever I arrived to the dealership. She always made me feel comfortable during my visits! Entering the financial stage, I met Ms. Amy. She was very excited to help me, and again I felt no pressure at all! I appreciated her flexibility and excitement for me.
