One thing that really stood out was how open and honest Dawn was throughout the entire process. She was always easy to reach, communicated with us consistently, and responded quickly whenever we had a question or needed something. That level of communication made the whole experience much easier and gave us a lot of confidence throughout the process. Dawn even took the time to give us a tour of the entire dealership, explaining what each department was responsible for and introduced us to some of the employees along the way. It was a small touch, but it really showed us that she wanted us to feel comfortable and know the people and team behind our purchase. Dawn also helped guide us through what we honestly felt was an impossible situation with our trade and somehow made it all work. We really appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with us. The entire team at the dealership was phenomenal. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and made sure my wife and I were taken care of. You could tell that providing a great customer experience was important to everyone, not just our salesperson. The finance manager also deserves recognition. He took the time to come out, greet us personally, and make us feel welcome. When it came time to sign the paperwork, he made the process incredibly easy by explaining each and every document and making sure we understood everything before moving on. We never felt rushed or like we were just another customer trying to get through the door. The entire experience was easily the best vehicle-buying experience we’ve ever had. We absolutely love the X7 and couldn’t be happier with our decision. I would highly recommend Dawn to anyone looking to purchase a BMW. From the minute we stepped onto the lot we were greeted, doors to the lobby were opened for us, and a Dawn was there to help. Dawn listened to what we were looking for, offered her best matches and ultimately put us exactly where we wanted to be- with wiggle room for adding an extended warranty and GAP insurance. We couldn’t have been more thrilled. We were treated as priority from start to finish. We felt appreciated, heard, and like family. If these are the services we can continue to expect, we will never go anywhere else for service or buy any other brand. That’s how much we enjoyed the experience. 5 stars aren’t enough. Oh- my husband says he was also thankful for the snacks, coffee availability of fan merchandise for sale. We only had coffee though, we promise! Please don’t ever change all the extra attention EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU shared with us. It creates an experience that has earned our loyalty- well, the BMW’s are nice too! Cheers! More
