From the minute we stepped onto the lot we were greeted, doors to the lobby were opened for us, and a Dawn was there to help. The environment welcoming and relaxed, there was comfortable seating and no pres doors to the lobby were opened for us, and a Dawn was there to help. Dawn listened to what we were looking for, offered her best matches and ultimately put us exactly where we wanted to be- with wiggle room for adding an extended warranty and GAP insurance. We couldn’t have been more thrilled. We were treated as priority from start to finish. We felt appreciated, heard, and like family. If these are the services we can continue to expect, we will never go anywhere else for service or buy any other brand. That’s how much we enjoyed the experience. 5 stars aren’t enough. Oh- my husband says he was also thankful for the snacks, coffee availability of fan merchandise for sale. We only had coffee though, we promise! Please don’t ever change all the extra attention EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU shared with us. It creates an experience that has earned our loyalty- well, the BMW’s are nice too! Cheers! More
